Villa Picasso is a one-of-a-kind beachfront, luxury island home at South Padre Island. Floor to ceiling windows offer ocean views, and brings in lots of natural lighting. Inside features an artsy, mid-century, modern design with eclectic flair throughout the home. Murano glass fixtures, for example, brighten the kitchen island. Vibrant colors featured in the Villa are the same as in many of Picasso's masterpieces. This is why we were inspired to choose the name Villa Picasso. The structure is a balanced modern design with an organic feel. Peaceful horizontal lines and soft curves create a relaxed mood. This home is very comfortable. Accommodating large groups with space, large leather sofas, and plenty of dining area. Four of the five bedroom have ensuite bathrooms offering privacy and quiet. Don't forget the swimming pool (heated for fee) overlooking the sea and private boardwalk.
Many guests have intimate weddings and birthday parties etc. at this property. It is a very nice setting. However, should you want to have a gathering there is a gathering fee. You will want to chat with the host prior to booking .
